Peran Relawan dalam Sosialisasi VAA (Voting Advice Aplication) untuk PILKADA tahun 2024 Pada Masyarakat Indonesia

The role of volunteers in promoting the VAA (Voting Advice Application) for regional elections is a form of concern and service to the Indonesian people. The promotion of the VAA was carried out ahead of the 2024 regional elections through online and offline channels and aimed to guide the public to make wise choices in selecting leaders in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is for volunteers to provide education in the form of information to the Indonesian people regarding the profiles, visions and missions, as well as quizzes related to the candidates for Governor and Deputy Governor in the 2024 Regional Head Elections (PILKADA) listed in the VAA, so that it is more practical and effective in increasing awareness of the use of voting rights to realize leaders who meet the needs of the Indonesian people. This research used observation and questionnaire methods conducted from 29th July 2024 up to 29th October 2024, which are expected to provide solutions for the Indonesian people to apply during the PILKADA. The population used is all provinces in Indonesia and the western part of Indonesia, with Jakarta as the sample for this activity. The people of Jakarta are enthusiastic about understanding the VAA on Jalan Fx Sudirman, Jakarta. By knowing the VAA, the community can more practically recognize the candidates for Governor and Deputy Governor regarding the profile, vision, and mission of each candidate listed. Therefore, this research helps the Indonesian people to not be confused and to be wiser about whom they want to elect as their leader
