This study aims to examine the role of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in educational management in the digital era, focusing on its integration in the planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation of educational processes. The research employed a literature review method by analyzing relevant scientific publications from 2015 to 2025. The findings indicate that ICT plays a strategic role in improving operational efficiency, management transparency, and evidence-based decision-making in educational institutions. However, ICT implementation still faces various challenges, including infrastructure disparities, low digital competencies among educators, limited funding, and inadequate supporting policies and regulations. Therefore, strengthening human resource capacity and developing comprehensive policies are essential to support equitable and sustainable digital transformation in educational management
