Abstract

This article aims to examine the characteristics and implementation of educational management in the context of digital schools. The transformation of education through digitalization demands a comprehensive shift in managerial approaches within educational institutions, including planning, execution, and evaluation. This study adopts a literature review method using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected from scientific journal articles and relevant literature published in the last five years (2019–2024). The findings indicate that educational management in digital schools is characterized by technological integration, data-driven decision making, collaboration, and flexibility. Furthermore, the implementation of educational management in digital schools emphasizes the strengthening of digital competencies, transformative leadership, and the use of digital systems to support efficient and effective educational services. This study provides insight into strategic directions for adaptive educational management in response to technological advancements and 21st-century educational demands
